Regional Sales Coordinator
Your Responsibilities
- Developing B2B sales and key restaurant chains
- Acquiring new customers from the HoReCa sector (B2B, industrial and manufacturing plants, confectionery and bakery chains, hotel chains, restaurant chains, catering companies, etc.).
- Planning and implementing sales strategies
- Achieving sales goals and developing the customer portfolio.
- Analyzing markets and trends, and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients and ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Preparing and negotiating commercial offers with potential clients.
- Regular contact with customers, analyzing their needs and satisfaction levels.
- HoReCa Channel Development
- Creating and implementing sales strategies in the HoReCa sector.
- Developing products dedicated to the B2B and HoReCa channels in close cooperation with Jarbab Polska headquarters.
- Establishing commercial terms (price lists, payment terms, discounts).
- Coordination of orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Monitoring contract execution and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitoring sales and client financial receivables.
- Analyzing sales data and recommending optimization measures.
- Monitoring KPIs.
- Coordinating activities with logistics, marketing, finance, and customer service departments.
- Co-creating pricing policies and product offerings for the HoReCa channel.
Our Requirements
- Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in B2B sales, network management in the HoReCa sector.
- Knowledge of the restaurant market and industry realities.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and building relationships with business clients.
- Highly developed sales and negotiation skills.
- Independent and well-organized work.
- Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions from sales data.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Results-oriented and consistent in action.
- High personal culture and communication skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a focus on development and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel.
- Category B driving license
